Trump excited about the results of the meeting with the Chinese President

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: US President Donald Trump met and held talks with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping in South Korea today (Thursday, Oct 30).

 

After the meeting with Xi, Trump said: "I really had a wonderful meeting with the President of China. There is a lot of respect between our two countries, and that respect will only grow with what happened."

 

He explained about the meeting: "We agreed on many issues. Some other issues, even very important ones, are very close to being resolved. I am very proud that President Xi has allowed China to begin purchasing large quantities of soybeans, sorghum and other agricultural products [from the United States]."

 

The US president thanked Xi again and said: “In addition, China has agreed to continue the open and free flow of rare earth elements, vital minerals, magnets, etc.”

 

Trump, implicitly accusing China of sending drugs to the US, claimed: “It is very important that China has made a strong statement that they will work with us diligently to prevent fentanyl from entering our country. They will help us end the fentanyl crisis.”

 

He said that China had agreed to start the process of buying US energy, adding: “In fact, there could be a very big deal to buy oil and gas from the great state of Alaska.”

 

The US president, enthusiastic about his meeting with his Chinese counterpart, added: “The agreements reached today will bring prosperity and security to millions of Americans.”
