Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The International Committee of the Red Cross announced on Friday evening (Oct 1) that it had received the remains of three Israeli hostages who were killed in the Gaza Strip.
The Red Cross said in a statement that the remains of the Israelis had been transferred to the Israeli Forensic Medicine Organization for examination.
According to the Anadolu Agency, no further details were provided about the conditions or how the handover was carried out.
Since the Gaza ceasefire agreement began on October 10 - which has been repeatedly violated by the Israeli regime - Hamas has released 20 live Israeli prisoners and handed over the remains of 19 of the 28 killed.
