Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Tehran: Mohammad Reza Mashhadi, Secretary General of the Festival, stated: In this period, 430 artists from 30 provinces were present in the national section and 14 artists from 14 countries in the international section, and in the future research section of the festival, our goals were achieved.
Referring to the extensive support of financial sponsors, officials, and economic institutions for Hammam, he said: "We believe that the closing of Hammam marks the end of displaying works and the beginning of pursuing artists' demands in various fields, and we are following up on the fulfillment of the promises made by 10 private sector economic enterprises."
Mashhadi added: "In the interval between the fourth and fifth festivals, our priorities will be the academic and economic sectors of artists, which we hope to see the results of in the fifth Hammam." Also, in the next period of the festival, theater, written, and performance sectors will be added to Hammam.
Addressing the artists participating in Hammam, he said: "The Hammam exhibition is simply a platform for your emergence and emergence; if an official does not come and visit your work, it does not mean that you have not been seen. From now on, it is our responsibility to follow up on your work, and all artists will definitely benefit from the support that has been promised."
The Secretary General of the Hammam Festival stated: Almost all the works have been sold and the conditions for selling the works will be announced to the artists by November 10. In the international section, in accordance with the agreements signed with Japan, Spain and Uzbekistan, we will exhibit the works in these countries and we will try to hold an exhibition abroad as well. The conditions for participating in these exhibitions will be announced on the Hammam website.
In the children and youth section, the artists Emad Gholami, Marsana Zabihi, Marzieh Haj Ali, Zahra Ashgalan, Aysan Khodai, Salar Rabubi and Homina Bazjou were awarded the top prizes.
In addition, the veteran artists Hossein Niktalab, Mehrad Hasheminejad and Mohammad Shariatmadari were honored. The top handicraft artists Maedeh Akhavan, Jamileh Eshaqzai, Fatemeh Saedi, Somayeh Ghasemi and Sara Yaqoti also received their prizes as top winners.
In the music section, Vahid Molazadeh, Ramin Nikpour, Maedeh Norouzi, Ali Hazrati, Fatemeh Zarei, Hadith Pourraisi, and Milad Ghorbani Hindekhale were introduced and honored as the top performers.
In the international section, top artists Seyed Mohammad Hassan (India), Jibril (Nigeria), Mohammad Hossein Jafari (Afghanistan), Sardar Alam (Pakistan), Jasul Jumay (Uzbekistan), Isaac (Russia), Behrouz Zubirov (Tajikistan), Juan Torre (Spain), Andre Baviski (Belarus), Kisamadiyev (Kyrgyzstan), and Viktorievich were honored.
The festival medal was awarded to Hooman Nasiri, a prominent international artist who was the guest of this edition of the festival.
Gholamreza Arabi, an artist who has been active in the field of theater for the blind for many years and has invented a new method for directing theater for the disabled, was also honored.
Two Armenian artists who were not present in Iran but whose works were selected were also honored and their gifts were presented to their representatives.
Mohsen Kalhori Bijari, Nosrat Kermani, and Hourie Bashiri were the top performers in the visual arts category in the photography category who were introduced and honored.
In the painting category, Alireza Rouhani received a special award for this category, and Zahra Mohammadi, Amin Talaei, Elahe Noorani, Zohreh Etezadolsaltaneh, Fatemeh Asghari, Maryam Fakournia, Farnaz Farazi, and Hojatollah Safimanesh received their awards as the top performers.
Mohammad Shariatmadari, Seyyed Isa Shabeiri, Samad Souri, Mahtab Ghanbarirad, Fatemeh Rostami Pouria, and Sara Ranjkesh were the top performers in the calligraphy category who received their awards.
The winners of the graphic arts category included Mina Bagheri, Leila Mehrvar, Mina Tehrani, Fatemeh Asghari, Sanaz Rezaei, Elham Goharabadi Farahani, and Shahla Bagheri.
In the sculpture category, artists Gol Ali Afshari, Reza Ahmadi, Abdol Khaleq Shahrokhi, and Ali Akbar Rahimian Chaleshtari were awarded Hammam Awards.
In the popular vote category, first place was awarded to Negin Mahdavi with 6,235 votes. First place in the music category went to Hadith Pourraisi with 2,046 votes, and first place in the visual arts category went to Matin Bashiri with 4,387 votes.
In the final awards section, plaques of appreciation and the Hammam Golden Medal were awarded to artists who had an effective presence in previous editions.
