Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The meeting will be attended by the foreign ministers of Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Qatar, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Jordan. These countries had previously met with US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in September.
According to the Anadolu Agency, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is expected to condemn the Zionist regime's actions to end the ceasefire and emphasize the need for the international community to take a firm stance against Tel Aviv's provocations.
Turkish diplomatic sources have also announced that the importance of coordination and joint action among Muslim countries to turn the current ceasefire into a lasting peace will be emphasized at the meeting.
Fidan is expected to accuse Israel of failing to fulfill its obligations in this regard, citing the inadequacy of humanitarian aid arriving in Gaza. He will emphasize that the continuous and sufficient delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza is a human and legal necessity, and the international community must create the conditions for this to happen through effective pressure.
The Turkish Foreign Minister will also emphasize the need to implement measures that will allow the Palestinians to assume responsibility for the security and administration of Gaza and, while preserving their legitimate rights, pursue the path to a two-state solution.
Informed sources added that Fidan will also emphasize the continuation of consultations and close coordination among Muslim countries on future actions within the framework of the United Nations.
