Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-Tehran: The statement, issued on Monday, the anniversary of the exile of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the capture of the US embassy in Tehran, states: “November 3 is an important and symbolic day in the history of Iran. This day commemorates three major events: the exile of Imam Khomeini (RA), the founder of the Islamic Revolution, the martyrdom of students during protests, and the capture of the US embassy in Tehran. These events were a turning point in the Iranian people’s struggle against global hegemony and the quest for political and cultural independence.
The statement states: “Over the past decades, the United States and its allies have spared no effort to harm the Iranian nation. In the latest example, the 12-day imposed war with open support for the Zionist regime, not only did they not achieve their goals, but also increased the vigilance and cohesion of the Iranian people. These defeats showed that the Iranian nation, relying on faith, a powerful leadership, and a ready armed forces, will stand up to any threat.”
The statement of the Iranian Armed Forces states: “Today, Iran’s enemies are trying to compensate for what they did not achieve on the battlefield through the media and propaganda by creating an atmosphere of fear and insecurity. But they know very well that they no longer have the power to invade Iran and are only trying to keep the country in a state of “neither war nor peace.”
In the end, the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, while honoring the memory of the student martyrs, announced to the families: "Your children in the armed forces are ready to defend the soil of Iran with unity, faith, and full readiness, and will give a decisive response to any threatening gaze. This determination stems from trust in God, wise leadership, and the support of the Iranian nation."
