Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mashhad: At the beginning of this ceremony, the speakers, by reciting a part of the history of the Afghan people’s Jihad, explained the pivotal role of the Mujahideen in preserving religious values, safeguarding the country’s independence, and confronting the occupiers. Referring to their bravery, sacrifice, and struggle, they emphasized that the pure blood of the martyrs has watered the tree of independence and honor of the Islamic nation and paved the way for the awakening of future generations.
The speakers also emphasized the need to keep alive the culture of jihad and martyrdom, noting that today, more than ever, Afghan society needs to re-read the values of jihad and pass them on to the younger generations so that the spirit of resistance, honor, and independence will remain alive among the new generation.
In another part of the gathering, a group of former mujahideen expressed their memories of the difficult battles and sacrifices of the martyred companions and revived the memory of those passionate days of jihad. They said that the jihad and resistance of the Afghan people is a golden leaf in the history of the struggles of the Islamic nation that should continue to inspire future generations.
The young people present at the gathering, while expressing their devotion to the martyrs, emphasized continuing their path on the path of awareness, awakening, serving the refugee community, and defending Islamic ideals.
The ceremony ended in a spiritual atmosphere with the recitation of Fatiha for the happiness of the souls of the martyrs and a final prayer for the unity and strength of the Islamic nation.
