Egypt warns Tel Aviv: Stop supporting Abu Shabab immediately
The Egyptian government warned the Israeli regime about supporting Abu Shabab in Gaza, stating that the group poses a serious threat to regional security by creating chaos and cooperating with ISIS, and that any support for it will have dangerous consequences.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): A security source in Cairo told Al-Zaman News Agency that Egypt has issued strong warnings to Israel to stop supporting Yasser Abu Shabab. Cairo says the group cooperates with ISIS and smuggles weapons into the Sinai Desert, and if the Israeli regime's support is not stopped, Egypt will send more military equipment to its borders with the Gaza Strip.

According to the source, Egypt says that Abu Shabab has created chaos in the Gaza Strip and is obstructing the process of establishing a new government in the region. This is while negotiations are underway for the safe withdrawal of Hamas forces from behind the Yellow Line.

In the same connection, a diplomatic source said: Calls are underway to hold a meeting in Cairo this week to discuss the formation of a transitional government in Gaza with the participation of eight Palestinian groups, including Hamas.

Al-Hayya: Abu Shabaab's gang is responsible for the chaos in Gaza with the aim of blaming Hamas
Khalil Al-Hayya, a leader of the Hamas movement, confirmed in a telephone interview with this media outlet that the movement is committed to implementing the agreements, including the handover of live prisoners and bodies, in coordination with the Egyptian side, and that Egypt has committed to bringing new machinery to the Gaza Strip to search for the bodies of prisoners.

Al-Hayya denied US accusations that the Hamas movement is looting humanitarian aid in Gaza, saying that Yasser Abu Shabaab's gang is responsible for the chaos to create the excuse that Hamas has violated the Trump plan.

Regarding Trump's threats against Hamas regarding the need to disarm the movement, he stressed: "This issue has been resolved because the Hamas movement announced that weapons are our red line and that after the establishment of the Palestinian state on all of its territory, we will hand over our weapons to this state." On the other hand, a diplomatic source noted: Egypt is moving within the framework of the joint operations room in "Al-Arish", and this room includes representatives of the guarantor countries and is working to stabilize the situation on the ground in Gaza and reduce tensions.
