Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement today (Wednesday, November 5) that the first phone call between the two sides was made within the framework of mutual understanding and coordination.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs called the six phone calls in one day far from reality.
The statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs states: “The Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasizes that the foundation of relations between countries is based on mutual respect and interaction based on facts.”
Earlier, the Pakistani Foreign Minister had said in the country’s Senate that he had received six calls from Maulavi Amir Khan Muttaqi on the eve of the Istanbul talks.
