Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The general spokesman of the Islamic Emirate made this statement in an interview with the national state television.
It is worth noting that the third round of talks between Afghanistan and Pakistan will begin in Turkey tomorrow (Thursday, November 6).
The Afghan delegation will be led by Mullah Abdul Haq Wasiq, the head of the General Intelligence Service, and the Pakistani delegation will be led by Asim Malik, the head of the Pakistani Intelligence Service (ISI).
Previously, the talks between the Islamic Emirate and Pakistan had not reached a conclusion.
