Hamas warns Israel about the possibility of conflict in Rafah
The Zionist regime in the Rafah region has prevented the Palestinian resistance forces from leaving the tunnels of the city, and this situation has increased the possibility of a direct clash between the two sides.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The issue of the presence of a number of Palestinian resistance forces in the tunnels of the Zionist-occupied area in Rafah has become a problem for the Zionists.

Yesterday (Sunday, November 9), Mohammad Nazzal, a leader of the Hamas movement, warned Israel that the regime is responsible for any conflict that may occur in Rafah.

Pointing out that the Palestinian resistance is committed to the Gaza ceasefire, he said: Mediators must work to resolve the problem of the presence of the Al-Qassam forces in Rafah.

After the Zionist troops withdrew from some areas in the Gaza Strip, the Zionists drew an imaginary line called the Yellow Line, where the resistance forces should not be present.

With this line drawn, a number of Al-Qassam forces are still present inside the Rafah tunnels, and the Zionist regime has not allowed them to leave.

The "yellow line" is a term used in the temporary ceasefire agreement in Gaza; this line was actually a virtual geographical border marked on the map that determines the permitted range of movement of Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip.

Based on this line, the north and east of the Gaza Strip, the cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah - except for the Al-Mawasi area - will remain under Israeli military occupation for the time being. The Zionist forces will also maintain their occupation of the "Morag" and "Philadelphia" axes.

Muhammad Nazzal continued to warn that Al-Qassam will not allow its forces to be expelled from Rafah outside the Gaza Strip under any circumstances, and efforts are underway to resolve this crisis.

He announced that the intermediary countries have also had contacts with Washington to make the necessary changes to the US draft resolution on the international group present in Gaza.

The Gaza Administration Committee is an executive and temporary institution that was formed after the recent two-year war in the Gaza Strip, with the aim of managing daily affairs, providing relief and reconstruction in the Strip.

The committee is supposed to be composed of independent and non-partisan figures native to Gaza who were introduced with the agreement of Palestinian groups and Egyptian mediation.

The main duties of the committee include managing public services, coordinating with international institutions and maintaining order during the transitional period. Its legal authority will be the Palestinian Authority and its mission will begin with an official decree from the head of the organization. This structure is trying to distance itself from political tensions and focus on the immediate needs of the people of Gaza.
