Afghan Voice Agency (AWA) - Kabul: Mahmoud Khan Achakzai, politician and leader of the Awami National Party of Pakistan, has commented on the actions of the current Pakistani government.
According to Achakzai, Pakistan's current rulers have three major demands from the Afghan government: formalizing the hypothetical Durand Line, administering the Kabul central government under the guidance of Islamabad, and regulating Afghanistan's foreign policy under Pakistani influence.
Achakzai called Pakistan's current rulers "ignorant" and "incompetent" and said that they do not have the art of friendship with neighbors.
These statements were made at a time when the negotiations between the Kabul and Islamabad delegations in Turkey have ended without results due to the unreasonable demands of the Pakistani side.
Studies show that the ongoing differences between Kabul and Islamabad have negatively affected the process of regional stability. According to observers, Pakistan's strict policies have reduced mutual trust and limited the results of negotiations.
