Trial of Al-Aqsa Mosque preacher for supporting resistance
The Jerusalem occupation regime court issued a ruling announcing that it has postponed the hearing of the case of the Al-Aqsa Mosque preacher to next Tuesday due to his statements supporting the resistance.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: This ruling was issued following the indictment of the Israeli Attorney General against Ikrimah Sabri. The court described the Al-Aqsa Mosque preacher's accusation as "incitement to terrorism."

The Zionists' intention in encouraging terrorism is to glorify the Al-Aqsa Mosque preacher's praise of the Palestinian resistance forces.

He was accused of this during a speech at the funeral ceremonies of "Uday Tamimi" and "Raed Hazem" in the Shu'fat and Jenin camps in 2022. The Al-Aqsa Mosque preacher was also accused of condoling the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Hamas, during a Friday prayer sermon at Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Sabri's lawyer, Khaled Zabarqa, says the charges are part of the arbitrary actions, political, religious and intellectual persecution that the Zionists have taken against Sabri in recent years.

Zabarqa said that these actions were taken in response to widespread incitement by far-right Zionist parties and organizations against Sabri.

Due to Sabri's religious and political positions, the Zionists are demanding restrictions on him, taking retaliatory measures, and have even threatened to kill him.
