Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-International Service: The Center for Foreign Nationals and Refugees Affairs of the Ministry of Interior announced details of registering family reunification visa applications.
According to this announcement, people who have a census form and have returned to Afghanistan after receiving a return form can apply for family reunification if their father, mother or spouse has a valid residence permit in Iran.
Accordingly, to register the application, the father, mother or spouse of the applicant must visit their sponsorship office.
People who can apply:
Wife and children of an Iranian woman
Wife and children of an Iranian man
Wife and children of holders of valid residence documents including family passport, residence passport, Amayesh 19 card and residence booklet
Required documents:
Valid residence document of the inviting party
Scanned file of the photo page of the invitee's passport

Costs:
Application registration: 200 thousand Tomans
Visa issuance: 100 euros, which can be obtained at the Iranian embassy or consulate in Afghanistan
