Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to the Palestinian Information Center, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) issued a statement last night, considering the brutal action of the Zionist occupation regime in pursuing, killing and detaining the fighters besieged in the Rafah tunnels a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza and presented it as decisive evidence of the continuous efforts to weaken and destroy this agreement.
The statement states: Over the past month, the Hamas movement has made extensive efforts with various political leaders and mediators to resolve the problem of these fighters and their return to their homes. The movement had presented specific ideas and mechanisms to address this issue and has been in full contact with the mediators and the US government, as one of the guarantors of the ceasefire agreement.
Hamas continued to add: "However, the Zionist regime disrupted all these efforts and carried out killings and crimes, persecution and arrests. This action is a failure of the efforts of the mediators who made great efforts with various international parties to end the suffering of these heroic fighters."
While emphasizing the full responsibility of the Zionist regime for the lives of its fighters, the Hamas movement called on the mediators to take action as soon as possible to put pressure on the occupiers to allow these fighters to return to their homes.
