Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: According to the Wall Street Journal, Berlin's secret war plan, which was prepared to prepare for a possible conflict with Moscow, is called "Operation Plan Germany (OPLAN DEU)."
The American newspaper reported that Germany's secret 1,200-page war plan outlined how up to 800,000 NATO troops would pass through Germany using ports, roads, railways and rivers to reach the Eastern Front.
The Wall Street Journal admitted that Germany was "not ready" to implement this secret war plan. The report states: "Old bridges, narrow tunnels and dilapidated railway lines (in Germany) could hinder the movement of troops."
According to this American media outlet, various exercises in Germany have exposed the country's problems in various areas such as "traffic and countering drones," and the German police lack the appropriate tools to deal with "fake demonstrations" in the country.
The Wall Street Journal claimed: "Sabotage on rail lines, deliberate arson and espionage, often linked to Russia, show that the vulnerabilities are real and that Germany is spending a lot of money to fix this problem."
According to this newspaper, according to Germany's secret war plan, the country will "attract private contractors, rewrite laws and revive knowledge (and findings from) the Cold War" to overcome its problems and shortcomings.
