Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: While the West Bank has witnessed an increase in clashes and operations by the occupation forces in recent days, the Resistance Security Service issued an urgent security warning to Palestinian fighters on Thursday.
According to Quds Press, the Resistance Security Command in the Gaza Strip has emphasized that fighters must observe personal and field security measures with complete care at this critical stage, because the risk of being pursued and targeted by the occupation forces has increased significantly.
The command has called on the Resistance forces to exercise utmost caution in their daily movements and to avoid passing through open areas, observable roads, and points where there is a possibility of air or ground surveillance. Maintaining complete confidentiality of communications, avoiding the release of personal information or details of field movements are other important recommendations of the resistance security apparatus.
The statement states that resistance forces should not respond to anonymous calls or questions, as the occupiers have increased their efforts to infiltrate security and collect information through direct and indirect methods.
The institution emphasized that any suspicious movement or surveillance attempt should be reported immediately to prevent the occupiers from carrying out preemptive attacks. The statement states: “Preserving personal security and confidentiality is the first line of defense of the resistance forces at this stage, and any negligence can seriously endanger the lives of fighters and their families.”
Earlier, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) announced that the occupying forces had “cold-bloodedly and mercilessly” executed two Palestinian youths in the city of Jenin, while they had left their homes without any threat. Hamas described the move as a clear sign of the occupation's "criminal mentality" and disregard for humanitarian law.
Over the past two weeks, the West Bank has witnessed an increase in night raids, mass arrests, and targeted operations targeting resistance figures.
Palestinian media have reported that the occupation's use of spy drones and tracking technologies in the West Bank has increased significantly.
Regional and international human rights organizations, including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, have warned of an increase in summary executions and excessive use of force.
Last week, the European Union called for restraint and an immediate end to the occupation's "illegal" operations in the West Bank.
Egypt and Jordan, in separate statements, also called the escalation of tension a "threat to regional stability" and called for an immediate end to the killing of civilians.
According to observers of Palestinian developments, the recent warning from the resistance security apparatus indicates a new phase of security pressures on the West Bank fighters. Studies show that the occupiers are trying to weaken the resistance structures by using new tracking technologies, targeted operations, and security infiltration. According to experts on regional affairs, the increase in security warnings from Gaza indicates the possibility of the conflict escalating and the field scene becoming more complex in the coming weeks.
