15 years after the fall of Gaddafi; the planners of the Libyan crisis speak of the need for stability
Despite the passage of nearly 15 years since the overthrow of Gaddafi and the division of Libya into two eastern and western parts, the country is still deprived of achieving lasting peace.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): In a joint statement released on Friday, France, Britain, the United States, Qatar, the UAE and several other countries that played a significant role in the overthrow of the Muammar Gaddafi government in Libya, they announced their support for the efforts of the people of this country to achieve unity, stability and prosperity, as well as their aspirations for achieving lasting peace.

About 15 years ago, France, Britain and the United States launched an attack on the Libyan government led by Gaddafi, and then Qatar and the UAE joined the battle with logistical support and overthrew the Gaddafi government. Libya, which had a per capita income of more than $14,000 during the Gaddafi era, its per capita income decreased by one third after the collapse of the central government. The people of this country, which was once considered one of the most prosperous on the Black Continent, were forced to migrate by sea to European countries, and thousands of Libyans drowned after their boats capsized.

Today, after 15 years, Libya has transformed from a stable dictatorship with high oil revenues into two "failed states" - East and West - that have still not been able to find their former unity and stability.

In their statement, the countries destroying Libya acknowledged that a strong and prosperous Libya with integrated economic, military, and political institutions is in the interest of the entire world, although achieving this result has come at the cost of tens of thousands of Libyan lives.
