America expressed concern about the role of resistance groups in Iraqi politics
Following Washington's support for the Zionist regime and interference in Iraq's internal affairs, the Trump administration's envoy claimed that resistance groups should be removed from the political arena.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): US President Donald Trump's envoy to Iraq, Mark Sawaya, yesterday (Saturday, Nov 29) called on the country's leaders to "take practical and tangible steps to remove weapons from politics."

Sawaya wrote on his X social media account: "The world currently looks at Iraq as a country that has a real opportunity to play a more important and influential role in the region."

After this promise, he put forward some conditions for Iraq and claimed: "Of course, on the condition that the weapons case outside the full control of the government is resolved and the credibility of official institutions is protected."

The United States, which suffered a humiliating defeat in the recent Iraqi parliamentary elections, is seeking to disarm Iraqi resistance groups in order to support the Zionist regime.

The media spokesman for the Iraqi "Nujaba" movement, while opposing disarmament, recently emphasized that they support any political group that calls for the withdrawal of foreign troops.

Hussein al-Moussawi emphasized that the weapon of resistance is a red line and a tool to protect Iraq from the conspiracies of the United States and terrorists.

While announcing Nujaba's opposition to the disarmament of Iraqi resistance groups, al-Moussawi stated: Nujaba is the true representative of the Islamic resistance in Iraq. Nujaba was at the forefront of the fight against the ISIS terrorist group and the protection of holy sites in Iraq and Syria.

Stating that the weapon of resistance is rooted in the beliefs of the fighters, he concluded by saying: Nujaba supports any political group that strives to build an independent country and withdraw foreign forces.
