Hosseini Mazari warns against Western cultural projects and the importance of supporting mothers, women and girls / Mother
In a speech in Kabul, the Center for Social and Cultural Activities of Tebyan Afghanistan pointed to the country's experiences of the last two decades and warned against repeating Western plans to influence Afghan women, describing it as more dangerous than military war. Referring to the high position of the mother in religious teachings and the system of creation and her role in educating the generation and strengthening the family and the health of the society, Hosseini Mazari emphasized that mothers are the first target of cultural destruction trends and that family men should support mothers, women and girls more than in the past to preserve religious identity and educate the future generation.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-Kabul: The ceremony of reciting the Holy Quran and reciting the Holy Quran on the occasion of the passing of the faithful lady, the mother of Majidah Sayyid Mohsen Habibi and Sayyid Abdul Azim Mujahidzada, was held on Thursday, Nov 27, at the Qamar Bani Hashim Mosque (AS) located in the seventh district of Kabul. The ceremony was attended by hundreds of religious, cultural, and social figures and people from different walks of life, including men and women.
In his speech at the ceremony, Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Sayyid Issa Hosseini Mazari, head of the Tabyan Center, began his speech by reciting verses and narrations in honor of mothers and offering condolences to the survivors. He began his speech by referring to the high position of mothers in religion, society, and the creation system, and made some points about the position of mothers, family responsibilities, and the role of women in the country's social and cultural structure.
Referring to the deceased's personality, Hosseini Mazari said: Her life was a clear example of a successful Muslim woman; A woman who, alongside her husband, built a cohesive family by obeying, helping, and accompanying him, and fulfilled her mission in the best way possible in the field of childbearing and raising a generation of believers and servants.
He emphasized; the signs of the proper upbringing of this great woman are clearly evident in her children; children who today each play a role in various fields of service to religion, people, and homeland and are the source of influence.
According to the head of the Tebyan Center, if the mother of the family does not have the ability to manage and be prudent, it will not be possible to form an integrated, aligned, and purposeful group, and the current cohesion of this family is evidence that the late lady has fulfilled her responsibility with sincerity and unparalleled effort.

Continuing, Hosseini Mazari emphasized the position of the mother in religious teachings and said that the importance and sanctity of the mother is not limited to Islam, but is observed in all divine religions and religions. He referred to the position of the mother in the Abrahamic faith and said that Prophet Abraham (peace be upon him) prayed for his parents, which is an indication of the status of this position.
He also said about the role of the mother in the religion of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) that a young man who served his mother reached the position of companionship with Prophet Moses in Paradise; a story that he considered to have many educational and moral points.
He also stated about Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) that this great prophet, who was born without a father and only from the pure womb of Prophet Mary (peace be upon her), was always at the service of his mother and respected her, and this is a sign of the greatness of the position of the mother in the sight of the divine prophet.
Hosseini Mazari then referred to the life of the Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him) and the infallible Imams (peace be upon him), and said that respect for the mother has a special place in the lives of the infallibles. He said that even the nannies who breastfed the Prophet enjoyed the Prophet's extraordinary respect, let alone his real mother. In the life of the Commander of the Faithful (A.S.), Hazrat Sadiqah Zahra (PBUH) and other Imams, honoring the mother is one of the fundamental principles of education and morality.
Referring to the position of the mother's prayer, the head of the Tabyan Center said; It is stated in the narrations that the mother's prayer is more effective than the prayer of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) and every human being who has reached a high position throughout history is the result of the mother's prayer. He addressed the attendees and said; If someone seeks happiness in this world and the hereafter, he should prioritize serving his parents, especially his mother; because blessings and success in life, economy, politics and culture all originate from the satisfaction of the mother.
In another part of his speech about why the mother has such a sacred position, Hosseini Mazari said; Two basic factors have led to the greatness of the mother's position: first, the grueling hardships of pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding; a period that is nearly thirty months of suffering and endurance and few beings have the ability to understand its hardship. The second factor is the fundamental role of the mother in raising children and adolescents; Education that forms the basis of the formation of human personality and the foundation of society.
He added that mothers are human-builders and have been the axis of great developments throughout history. So much so that 124 thousand prophets and divine saints emerged from the laps of worthy mothers, which shows that mothers can be the main role-makers of positive developments in the world. He also warned that just as a mother can be the source of positive development, if she does not perform her maternal duty properly, she can become the basis for deviation and the upbringing of dangerous and harmful individuals.
Hosseini Mazari then referred to the role of mothers in the fate of societies and said that if some societies are advanced, peaceful and successful today, the main reason for this is the presence of mothers who have played their maternal role correctly. He said that wherever mothers have been dutiful, a healthy society and righteous people have been raised, and this divine law has been proven throughout history.
The head of the Tebyan Center then entered into an important part of his speech and said that because mothers have such a huge role in the structure of society, the enemies also make women and mothers their first target; both today's mothers and future mothers, i.e. daughters. He emphasized that anyone who studies the history of the twenty years of the republic will understand well how the enemy, with deceptive slogans of women's rights, tried to deprive Afghan women of their authentic identity.

Hosseini Mazari added; The enemy made extensive investments in the cultural and media fields and, in addition to military crimes, committed dozens of times more cultural crimes against Afghan society; crimes against beliefs, authentic traditions, the identity of Afghan women and the foundation of the family.
Hosseini Mazari said; While some women and people thought that women's rights would be defended during that period, freedom would be provided and patriarchal oppression would be reduced, in reality the enemy's goal was to destroy the identity of Afghan women and enslave them. He emphasized that today, the media hype about women's rights not being respected in Afghanistan is not for the purpose of compassion, but rather an attempt to bring back the same era of cultural destruction, promoting corruption and creating vulgarity.
The head of the Tebyan Center warned; Those who claim to defend Afghan women today are the same ones who implemented plans during the republic that resulted in a heavy blow to women’s character and dignity. According to him, the adverse effects of these policies are so widespread that it may take decades to fully compensate for them, but efforts must still be made around the clock to reduce these effects.
Hosseini Mazari emphasized; Afghan women and men should be aware that Western propaganda about women’s rights is deceptive propaganda and they should not fall into its trap. He said that despite some restrictions that may be amended later, the current atmosphere in the country is much more suitable for women’s security and safety than in the past, and the officials of the Islamic Emirate are also examining and resolving possible problems. However, it is important that society does not fall prey to the enemy’s pre-designed plans.

The head of the Tebyan Center then addressed the families and said; If we want a powerful, advanced and dignified society, we must have worthy women, knowledgeable mothers and educated daughters. He emphasized; The duty of all men and boys is to support their wives, mothers and daughters and make serious efforts in three areas.
Hosseini Mazari added: The first area is to provide for their material needs in such a way that no woman, daughter or mother needs anyone else while the man of the family is alive and able. He said; It is a shame for a mother to reach out to someone else in need and the child should recognize and provide for the mother's needs before asking. According to him, this is true kindness; and if the mother is forced to ask, that kindness loses its true value.
The head of the Tabyan Center then emphasized the need for full respect for the mother and said; One should not even approach the mother with a frown. He added that women and girls also have a place of prayer with God and it is recommended in the narrations that if someone is in trouble, he should ask his wife or daughter to pray for him.
Hosseini Mazari strongly criticized the violent behavior of some men towards women and said; Such acts are not compatible with religion, nor with zeal, nor with humanity.
Comparing two families, one where women are respected and the other where women are disrespected, the head of the Tebyan Center said; A family where women are respected is in a better position economically, culturally, politically, and socially. However, a family where women are humiliated lacks growth, cohesion, and peace.
Hosseini Mazari then addressed the second task, which is educating mothers, women, and girls, and said; Women and mothers should be provided with opportunities for Quranic education, rulings, life skills, family management, and parenting; because the mother is the director of the education of the future generation, and her proper education will guarantee the proper education of society.
The head of the Tebyan Center considered the third task to be creating complete immunity for women, mothers, and girls; immunity from material, spiritual, cultural, propaganda, and even military harm. He said; We all have a duty to provide a safe, healthy and ethical environment for the growth of women in society so that they can play their true role.

The full text of Hosseini Mazari’s speech at the ceremony is as follows:
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and may prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family. O Allah, expand my heart and make my affairs easy and untie the knot from my tongue so that they may understand my words. But then; Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her) said: “Tie her leg, for indeed something from Paradise is under her feet, and tie her leg, and then Paradise.”
First, I would like to express my condolences to all my loved ones, especially her children, relatives, and relatives, on the passing of the pious and devoted Mujahideen. My health is not good, but since this was planned, I will inevitably be in charge of your time, dear ones. I will present a few points in the time I have.

Point One: The Occasion of the Assembly and the Role of the Deceased
The first point is related to the occasion of this assembly. This gathering, Quran recitation, and Fateha recitation have been held to honor a woman who spent her life on the path of a righteous Islamic life. She certainly performed well in the field of husbandhood; whether in helping her husband, obeying his orders, or maintaining and taking care of his affairs. She has also been diligent in the field of childbearing, which is one of the important and influential duties of women, and has made serious efforts in the field of raising righteous and pious children. We clearly see the effects of her proper upbringing today in the lives of her survivors; Children who are now actively involved in the field of serving religion, sect, people and homeland; including our very dear and esteemed brothers, Mr. Seyyed Mohsen Habibi and Mr. Seyyed Abdulazim Mojahidzadeh, and their other brothers and sisters who are alive and still serving.

The role of the mother in raising a family
It is natural that such women are successful in managing the home; because if The mother of Mujahidzadeh was not successful in the family, she could not raise a coherent, united, harmonious and in line with the goals of her father as the head of the family. In any case, we ask God Almighty to reunite this deceased mother with their grandmother, Hazrat Zahra (PBUH), and to protect her children and survivors under the protection of the infallibility of that great lady so that they may continue to be active, effective and militant in the path of religion and school and play a role in various fields of the country as militant and hardworking elements.

Second point: The importance of the mother's position in divine religions
The second point is about the importance of the mother. Not only does the mother enjoy a high position in the religion of Islam, but if we examine all the divine religions and religions, we see that the mother has had a very high position. In the religion of Abraham, the son of God, the mother has a prominent position; as Hazrat Abraham (PBUH) prays for his parents. Of course, there are many verses and narrations in this regard, many of which I have written down, but to avoid prolonging the talk, I will refrain from mentioning them, and dear ones can study about these topics; in addition, they have probably heard a lot about this in various pulpits and gatherings.

The status of the mother in the religion of Moses (AS) and Jesus (AS)
In the religion of Prophet Moses, the mother also has a prominent and distinguished position; to the extent that a young man who serves his mother is granted the companionship of Prophet Moses (AS) in Paradise. This is a detailed and very interesting story of how God gives a young man who serves his mother the position of companionship with Moses (AS). Also, in the eyes of Prophet Jesus (AS), the value of the mother is very high; a prophet who has no father and was born only from the bosom of his pure and holy mother. This great prophet was always in the service of his mother and considered her to have special dignity and status, and he certainly did a lot in this regard.

The Status of Mothers in Islam and the Lives of the Infallibles (PBUH)
In Islam, the status of mothers is very high. First, we have numerous verses of the Quran about the status of mothers, and then there are many narrations in this regard. When we study the life of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH), we see how much he respected his mothers; even the nannies who had breastfed him, although they were not his real mothers, were always respected by the Messenger of God (PBUH), and the Prophet always knew their value and worth. Similarly, in the lives of the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH), Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH), Imam Hassan (PBUH), Imam Hussein (PBUH), and all the Infallible Imams (PBUH), respect and veneration of mothers has a central position, and they were extremely attentive in performing their duties towards their mothers.

The Mother and Her Prayers That Are Answered
Also, throughout history, serving mothers has always had a prominent role among elders, jurists, righteous people, and martyrs. Mothers are the ones who fulfill needs; That is, if you have a need, before you go to anyone to pray for you, first ask your mother to pray for you; because a mother's prayer is more effective than the prayer of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH). This saying is rooted in hadiths. If you have a desire and need and want it to be fulfilled, you do not need to go to the Prophet (PBUH) or the infallible Imams (PBUH); first go to your mother and ask her to pray for you.

The Role of Mother's Prayer in Human Success
Brothers and sisters! All those who have reached a place in this world, have enjoyed authority and have spiritual greatness, whether throughout history, in our era, or in the current situation, are all those who have had their mother's prayer behind them; their mother's prayer has been with them. Therefore, if we and you are also interested in having a good life, having a good economy, having a great culture, having a sublime policy and enjoying success in all matters of life, we must definitely serve our mother; serve our mother, appreciate our mother and respect our mother. Happiness in this world depends on serving one’s parents, especially the mother; worldly honor depends on respecting and serving one’s parents; and happiness in the hereafter also depends on appreciating the status of one’s parents. This was the second point.

Third point: The reason for the great importance of the status of the mother
The third point is why the mother is so important?! What is the reason for this greatness and holiness of the mother?! Two factors have caused the mother to attain such a high status; two factors have turned the mother into a holy being. Brothers and sisters should know that this holy being did not become holy easily. The first factor is the hardships of childbirth. She carries the fetus in her womb for nine months and a few days, with all those difficulties, and then the hardship of childbirth, and then the period of breastfeeding; which is a total of about thirty months of suffering and hardship that the mother bears.

The hardships that the mother endures during the birth and development of her child
We have all seen mothers; We have seen how serious and heavy hardships they endure in order to give birth to and then manage their child, whether during pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding. Difficulties that may not be imaginable or bearable for anyone other than a woman. This thirty-month endurance and the excruciating suffering that a mother endures has created a special place for her in religion and in the system of creation; a place that must be given serious attention.

The second factor in the sanctity of the mother: the role of upbringing
The second factor in the importance of the mother is the issue of upbringing; raising a child, raising a teenager. Of course, raising a young person is easier than raising a child and then to adolescence and even youth, but in any case, it is the mother who is primarily responsible for the child's family upbringing after birth, from infancy to childhood and then to adolescence and even youth. It is interesting to know that those who do not have a proper family upbringing do not achieve anything in the outside world either. Family upbringing is the most important type of upbringing, and this upbringing is formed by the mother's hands.

Mother; Humanizing and transformative
In fact, the mother is the creator of humanity; in fact, the mother is the creator of change. If we say that the mother is the axis of all creation, we are not saying too much. You study from the beginning of history to the present day and see whether the axis of all changes in the world is women or not. 124 thousand prophets were born from the lap of their mothers; What responsibilities did these prophets have?! What did they do?! What changes did they create and how influential were they?! All of this arose from the lap of the mothers from whom these prophets and infallible Imams were born. If all these great people are influential and good, the reason is that they were born from good mothers. Therefore, the mother is the creator of change; the mother can create great and influential changes in the world.

The possibility of positive and negative change through the mother
Of course, it should also be said that the mother can create positive change and can also create negative change. From what kind of mothers were all these historical criminals and contemporary criminals born?! It is natural that mothers who have not fulfilled their feminine and maternal duties properly; have given birth to unworthy and unworthy children and have not played their role properly in raising them. This is where brothers and sisters should know how serious the importance of the mother and her role in raising and the fate of society is.

The role of mothers in the fate of societies
If some countries, societies and groups are in a good situation today, it is because mothers in those societies have fulfilled their duties. If we see worthy people in the world today; if there are positive groups, fronts and individuals in Afghanistan; all this is because of mothers who took the necessary care during pregnancy and after birth, played the right role in raising their children and have remained committed to their maternal duties to this day. This was the third point. Excuse me; because the analytical issues surrounding these issues are very extensive, I could talk for hours on this subject, but given the unfavorable state of my mood, I apologize to all of you dear ones.

The enemy's sensitivity to the status of the mother

Well, since the mother is so important, the enemy is also sensitive to the status of the mother. Whenever the enemy wants to dominate a country, he focuses on the mothers of the society; both the mothers of today and the mothers of the future, who are the daughters of the society. If you have not studied past history, at least in the twenty years of the Republic you have clearly witnessed how the enemies focused on our women, on our mothers; why was there all this fuss with the slogan of defending women's rights?! Why were there all these efforts to drag the bezakh woman to the stage?! Why did they try so hard to abandon the hijab or at least promote the improper hijab?! It was to prevent the mother from her maternal responsibilities and not let her fulfill her main duty.

The enemy's cultural blows during the Republic
The enemy was very successful in the cultural, advertising and media fields during the twenty years of the Republic and made heavy investments. If during that period more than 170,000 of our youth, teenagers, women and children were killed and martyred by the American and their Western allies, hundreds, if not thousands, of them committed cultural murder against our society. They worked to fight our beliefs, they tried to fight our authentic Afghan customs and traditions, and they invested a lot in attacking the identity of Afghan women.

The deception of slogans for women’s rights during the republic
Some Afghan women and a part of public opinion thought that good conditions had been created, that women’s rights were being defended, that patriarchy had been abolished, that beating women had ended, and that freedom had been created for women; unaware that this was a trap, a trap to enslave Afghan women, to enslave the girls of this society. If we study carefully today about the twenty years of the republic and the conspiracies that American and Western elements carried out against women in the country, we will realize the depth of this big lie.

The current uproar about women's rights
In the current situation, all this uproar about women's rights not being respected and being violated in Afghanistan is not compassion for the women of our society; rather, it is an attempt to return the situation to the same era as the republic, so that corruption reigns again, vulgarity spreads again, cultural crimes become prevalent again, and the thieves of the religion, beliefs, and schools of the Afghan people once again dominate this country and inflict terrible blows on the fabric of society.
Brothers and sisters! The blows that the Americans inflicted on the women's issue, the blows they inflicted on the personality, identity, and reality of Afghan women, are very heavy and very deep. Even if we try for decades to eliminate the bad effects of the West on Afghan women, it will still be little. We must work day and night, toil day and night to eliminate these bad effects.

Warning about the deception of Western propaganda
Therefore, our women and our men, our mothers, and our daughters must be aware that the propaganda of the West about women's rights is false propaganda. We must not be deceived by this propaganda. The current conditions are very favorable for the safety and security of women and girls in our society. Of course, some of the restrictions that currently exist are definitely to be removed, and the officials of the Islamic Emirate, God willing, will think of measures in this regard and will try to resolve the problems. But we should not be deceived by the enemy's propaganda in any way.

The necessity of preserving the sanctity of the mother and recognizing conspiracies
The sanctity that the mother has is very important to us; we must preserve and protect this sanctity and pay full attention to the position of the mother. We must also be vigilant about the conspiracies of the enemy, both during the republican era and in the current situation, and pay serious attention to the women of the society.

Our duty to women, mothers and daughters
Okay, now what is our duty in this?! Our duty, brothers and sisters, is to support women; it is to support mothers; it is to support daughters. But in what areas should we support?! Of course, in our society, thank God, there is a lot of respect for women. The majority of our society is a people who are brave towards their women and daughters. But sometimes there may be problems in some places or in some cities and districts.

The first area of support: Providing material needs
We must do three things in the area of support. The first thing is that we must support food, clothing and all the needs of our mothers, daughters and women; Lest our women and daughters, while we are alive, present and in the field, reach out to others in need. It is a disgrace for a man to be alive but his mother is in need, his wife is in need, his daughter is in need. We must try as much as possible to provide for the material needs of our mothers, wives and daughters, especially the mother. Brothers and sisters! Lest a mother be treated with a frown and harshness when she is in need; and let it not be with sadness and reluctance even when you help. Such help is worthless.

The true meaning of kindness to a mother
You should provide for her needs before she asks you for something; if she has to ask, it is no longer the desired kindness. The child must be aware, must be alert; he must know what his mother needs, what his wife needs, what his daughter needs, before they express it. This is the kindness that God has mentioned in the Quran: kindness means fulfilling her needs before she asks. But if, God forbid, a routine is created where the mother repeatedly says: "My child, you didn't bring such and such a thing," and you say: "It will be tomorrow," then "It won't be," then "The day after tomorrow"... This is very bad.

The necessity of satisfying the mother, wife, and daughter
The mother should not be offended by us, she should not be upset; she should be happy and joyful. Brothers and sisters! I tell you again; do whatever you can for the mother; do it to satisfy your wife; do it to satisfy your daughter. The mother has her own place. I said before that if you have any sins, go to the mother so that she may pray for you, so that God may forgive your sins. Whatever your need, go to the mother; let her pray and your need will be fulfilled.

The position of the woman and the daughter in the position of prayer
As for the position of the woman; we have numerous narrations that if you are in trouble, ask your wife to pray for you; if you are in trouble, ask your daughter to pray for you. Woe to those who are indifferent to women, who insult women, who disrespect women; let alone raise their hands against women! Let alone raise their hands against their daughters! Women, daughters, and mothers have such honor, dignity, and respect.

Strong condemnation of violent behavior towards women
Unfortunately, in Afghanistan, both as a child in the city of Mazar and later, I have seen many times that men would attack and beat their wives with complete cruelty. Woe to such a man who treats his wife like this; he allows such disrespect and insult to his wife and daughter. Instead of a woman being educated, supported, and respected; instead of a girl, this angel of God, being respected, should she be beaten?! Should she be beaten?! This behavior is not compatible with religion, with zeal, or with humanity.

Comparison of two families; a family that respects women and a family that disrespects women
Brothers and sisters! Study for yourself, compare the two families: a family in which women are respected, examine its situation; and a family in which mothers are disrespected, women are disrespected, and daughters are disrespected, examine that too. The situation of these two families is definitely different. A family that respects women is in a better economic situation; it is also in a more favorable political, social, and cultural situation.
But a family that is indifferent to mothers, women, and daughters is definitely plagued by numerous problems; in that family there is no growth, no economy, no unity, no cohesion, no comfort, and no righteousness. Brothers and sisters! These points that I am presenting are all based on authentic narrations, which I have refrained from mentioning in order to avoid prolonging the discussion. Therefore, we must make serious efforts in the field of providing material support for women, whether mothers, wives or daughters.

The second area of support: educating mothers, women and girls
Our second task is the issue of education. We must provide educational opportunities for our mothers, who are the managers of the family and in whose lap the child is raised. Gentlemen who are cultured and have a pen in hand, create educational opportunities for mothers, women and girls at home. Teaching the Quran, teaching the rules, teaching life skills, teaching family management, teaching husbands, teaching parenting, etc. We must have plans for our women, whether mothers, wives or daughters, in different areas. We must strive and work hard in the issue of raising children so that, God willing, our country will become a powerful, powerful and glorious country.

The third area of support: creating security for mothers, women and girls
Our third task is to create security for our mothers, women and girls; security from everything, from every harm, from every disaster, from every calamity; whatever harm and calamity we face spiritual, military, cultural, or propaganda. We must strive in every way to create security and safety for women in society and be effective. These were the points that I presented to you, my dear ones, even though my mood was not suitable, but I spoke out of respect for this assembly and you, esteemed members.

Closing prayer and offering the reward of the assembly
I thank you for your patience and I hope that, God willing, the reward of this assembly will be offered to the pure soul of the late Mrs. Seyyed Nematullah Mujahid and her mother Majida, the esteemed brothers, Mr. Seyyed Mohsen Habibi and Mr. Seyyed Abdul Azim Mujahidzadeh, as well as their other children. And I ask God Almighty to forgive all of us and you for the sake of this mother, and to establish security and peace in our country, in Islamic countries and throughout the world; to establish unity, harmony and solidarity; and to grant us and you all the honor of this world and the happiness of the hereafter.
