He said today, Saturday: "The political efforts of the main groups before the confirmation of the election results by the Federal Supreme Court will be a contributing factor in finalizing the selection of the three chairmen without delay, as we have witnessed in previous periods."
Anouz also expressed the possibility that the process of selecting the three chairmen will proceed calmly, away from tension, and within the deadlines set by the constitution.
On the other hand, Nouri al-Maliki, head of the State of Law coalition and one of the leaders of the Coordination Framework, recently traveled to Erbil in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region to hold important and positive talks with Massoud Barzani, head of the Democratic Party. The trip was at Barzani's invitation and is part of efforts to achieve political coordination in the process of selecting the three leaders.
