Western sources: No evidence of Iran
According to the New York Times, Western intelligence agencies have not found evidence of Iran enriching uranium to build an atomic bomb.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The American newspaper The New York Times reported, citing informed sources, that Western intelligence agencies have so far identified no evidence that Iran is enriching uranium to produce nuclear weapons.

According to the report, intelligence assessments show that Iran has not enriched uranium to high levels to build a nuclear bomb, and no specific activities aimed at producing an actual nuclear warhead have been observed.

The New York Times wrote that enriched uranium stored at three nuclear sites that were attacked in June still remain in the same locations and appear to be intact.

According to the newspaper, according to US assessments, Iran has also not built any new nuclear facilities, although activities have been observed at two unfinished sites in Natanz and Isfahan.

The report continues by stating that, according to US and Israeli intelligence agencies, the 12-day imposed war caused a delay of six months to a year in Iran’s nuclear program, and currently the centrifuges at the Fordow facility are still inactive.

The report also points to differences in assessments within the US. While US President Donald Trump has spoken of the complete destruction of Iran’s nuclear capabilities, official documents and the US national security strategy only mention the “severe weakening” of these capabilities.
