Russia Captures Two Towns in Donetsk and Zaporizhia

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Friday that its forces have succeeded in capturing the town of Turitskoye in the Donetsk Republic in eastern Ukraine and the town of Petrovka in Zaporizhia province in the south of the country. According to the statement, the operations of Russian forces have been accompanied by advances on all axes of the conflict.

Donetsk and Zaporizhia are considered the main areas of conflict between Russia and Ukraine. After the start of the war in 2022, Moscow declared these areas part of its territory, while Kiev and Western countries do not recognize this action and fighting on these fronts continues.
