New appointments at provincial and central levels/ Appointment of new governor of Daikundi and other important relocations
Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, said that a series of new appointments have been made at the provincial, ministry and central levels based on the decree of Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate.

Change in provincial leadership
According to the decree, Sheikh Aziz-ur-Rehman Mansoor, former deputy minister for coordination of Islamic mysticism and religious affairs of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj and Endowments, has been appointed as the governor of Parwan province.
Maulvi Turjan Ahmadi, the former deputy governor of Nimroz province, has been appointed as the new governor of Daikundi province.
Meanwhile, Maulvi Najibullah Badakhshi, the former police chief of Laghman province, has been appointed as the deputy governor of Nimroz province, while Mufti Mohammad Idris Anwari, the former governor of Parwan province, has been appointed as the head of cultural and social affairs.

New appointments in ministries and administration
In the ministerial appointments section, Haji Arsala Kharoti, former deputy minister of finance and administration of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, has been appointed as the deputy minister of rural settlements of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development.
Maulvi Mohammad Rabbani Naseh, former head of cultural and social affairs of the General Directorate of Affairs, has been appointed as the finance and administration deputy of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing.
On the other hand, Maulvi Nazir Ahmad Nasir, a former member of the office of the Supreme Amir-ul-Mu'minin, has been introduced as the deputy supervision and policy director of the General Directorate of Affairs and Maulvi Abdul Bari Atif, the former deputy supervision and policy director of the department, has been introduced as the deputy public relations director of the General Directorate of the Prime Minister's Office.

Relocations in security and justice institutions
In the security sector, Maulvi Aminullah Tayeb, former deputy chief of the defense ministry's support brigade, has been appointed as the new police chief of Paktika province.
Maulvi Mohammadullah Bara, the former police chief of Paktika province, has been appointed as the deputy head of the Ministry of Defense's support brigade.
Mullah Najibullah Rafi, the former governor of Daikundi province, has been appointed as the commander-in-chief of the Supreme Court's general units and Maulvi Matiullah Farooqi, the former commander of the Kandahar Zone Police Training Center, has been appointed as the civilian deputy commander-in-chief of the Supreme Court's security units.
Maulvi Mohammad Awaz Saeed, former commander of the Supreme Court's security units, has also taken over the command of the Kandahar Zone Police Training Centre.

Focus on preserving and publishing Jihadi works
In the cultural and jihadi sector, Mufti Mohammad Tahir Ahmad, a former member of the Supreme Court's Darul Ifta, has been appointed as the head of the Jihadi Monuments Preservation Directorate.
Also, Qari Abdul Sattar Saeed has been introduced as the head of the Directorate of Collection and Organization of Jihadi Works and Qari Ahmadullah Saeed as the Head of the Directorate of Registration of Jihadi Works and Documents.
Following these appointments, Hafiz Maulvi Sayed Noor Ahmad Saeed, former head of the Kandahar Statistics and Information Department, has been appointed as the head of the Jihadi Publications and Library Department.

Changes in the educational and statistical sectors
According to the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, Maulvi Riazullah Haqqani, the former headmaster of the Nangarhar Jihadi School, has been appointed as the head of the Statistics and Information Department of Kandahar province.
Maulvi Abdul Raziq Shakir, the former commissioner of Badakhshan's Ashkasham port, has been appointed as the head of Faryab University.
