Local officials of the Islamic Emirate in Kandahar say that the roof collapse of a house in the province has claimed the lives of four people.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Abdul Salam Omari, head of the Kandahar Provincial Disaster Management Department, told the media on Saturday, Jan 31, that the incident occurred in Daman district.
He added that children are among the victims. Last week, seven people died after a roof collapsed in Nangarhar.
According to the Islamic Emirate, more than 60 people have lost their lives in the country following recent rains.
