Zelensky
According to newly released documents; facts about the Ukrainian president's connection to the Epstein case and the trafficking of women and children to the United States have been revealed.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The "Tass" news agency has reported that in documents published in the United States regarding the case of Jeffrey Epstein, an American financier accused of sexually abusing children, the name of Volodymyr Zelensky has been mentioned several times in connection with the trafficking of women and children from Ukraine.

According to this information, the author of one of the published emails from 2024 mentioned Zelensky. The identity of the author and recipient of this message remains confidential. The email stated that Zelensky had a role in the departure of women and children from Ukraine and also hypothesized that he may have been connected to Jean-Luc Brunel, a modeling agent. Brunel was charged with rape of a minor in France in 2020 and died in prison before a court could issue a verdict.

The email reads: “In light of reports of human trafficking in Ukraine organized by Jean-Luc Brunel, I would like to investigate all of Zelensky’s income.” Elsewhere, the author asks, “Does Zelensky intend to stop the trafficking of women and children?” and why Ukrainian media outlets have been silent on the matter.

Zelensky is also mentioned in other instances in the Epstein case files. In one, Epstein and a person are said to have exchanged views on the 2019 Ukrainian presidential election in a messenger conversation, two days after Zelensky’s victory. Epstein notes that the situation “seems like a good opportunity to intervene in the course of events in Ukraine.” His interlocutor expresses doubts about Zelensky’s ability, saying, “I don’t know if he’s going to be able to run the country.” Epstein adds that “new actors have emerged, inexperienced, who will need guidance.”

According to the report, Zelensky’s name is mentioned at least a dozen times in the documents; due to different ways of recording and transcribing his name, his last name appears in different forms in the documents. Many of these items include excerpts from news articles that Epstein exchanged with people on his contact list about Zelensky. Several documents are currently under review and are not available.

References to corruption in Ukraine in Epstein’s declassified letters

In some of the private messages, the man, who was convicted of serious crimes in the United States, referred to Volodymyr Zelensky's victory in the 2019 Ukrainian presidential election, corruption and the political situation in the country.

According to declassified documents from the US Department of Justice, Epstein advised one of his contacts, then Slovak Foreign Minister and head of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Miroslav Lajčák, to follow political developments in Ukraine, including Zelensky's activities, parliament and what he called "corruption" in the country. The leaked correspondence reads: "I want you to start studying the political situation in Ukraine, about Volodymyr Zelensky, corruption and parliament. Start understanding the situation in Ukraine."

In one of these correspondences, dating back to the summer of 2019, the financier even mentioned plans to travel to Ukraine immediately after Zelensky’s election victory.
