Hamas Spokesperson: Guarantor Countries Should Pressure Israel to Fulfill Its Commitments
The Hamas Movement Spokesperson called on Ramallah to support Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons on Saturday, and in light of the Israeli regime’s violation of the ceasefire agreement, he called on the mediators, guarantors, and the “Peace” Council to force the regime to fulfill its commitments in the agreement.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: “Hazem Qassem,” Hamas Movement Spokesperson, in his statement today, called on the heads of the Palestinian Authority in Ramallah to reconsider their decisions regarding the rights of prisoners and their families in light of the Zionist regime’s insane attack on the issue of prisoners by approving the law to execute Palestinian prisoners.

Hazem Qassem emphasized: “It is not logical for Ramallah to continue to cut off the rights of prisoners and refer other cases to social files while the occupation regime has planned to carry out mass terror operations against Palestinian prisoners.”

The Hamas spokesman said: The self-governing organizations are expected to follow up the issue of prisoners in international forums in a serious and effective manner and to involve all national groups in formulating a comprehensive campaign strategy to defend the issue of prisoners.

He added: The statements of the commander of the Gaza brigade in the occupying army about "Hamas planning to kidnap Israeli soldiers" are false and baseless claims and an attempt by the occupying regime to justify its actions in violating the ceasefire agreement.

Hazem Qassem continued: The emphasis of the commander of the Gaza brigade in the occupying army that withdrawing from the yellow line is not on the agenda and that he is waiting for an opportunity to return to the war in Gaza is in fact a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement and shows the occupying regime's constant intention to cancel the agreement.

The Hamas spokesman called on all mediators, the countries that guarantee the ceasefire, and the so-called "Peace Council" to take a clear stance against the violations of the occupation regime and, given the resistance's full adherence to its commitments, to pressure it to fulfill its obligations in the text of the agreement.
