Bolton: Donald Trump is scared of recent strikes, following withdrawal from war with Iran
Former US national security adviser John Bolton said: The recent attacks that downed two US fighter jets have terrified and frightened the US president.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Hill website wrote: John Bolton told CNN anchor Caitlin Collins that the lack of a visual response from the president showed that the attack "definitely damaged the credibility of the White House and this is a wound that the White House has inflicted on itself."

Bolton continued: "I think he (Trump) is probably in a panic again and wishes he could find a way to declare victory and get out of this war, regardless of whether he opens the Strait of Hormuz first or not."

The former White House aide added that if the preparations for this conflict have "unsettled" Trump, that is "his problem, and therefore a problem for the country." But it could have been easily avoided and should have been avoided.”

The downing and crash of several American fighter jets by Tehran during the invasion of Iranian territory has sounded the alarm for America’s defense capabilities, while military analysts have emphasized that these developments have exposed the “weakness in America’s defense capacity.”
