Grossi once again emphasized the Agency
After the announcement of a ceasefire between Iran and the United States, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) raised the issue of Agency monitoring again, calling for the continuation of inspections and monitoring of the Islamic Republic of Iran's nuclear activities.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Rafael Grossi today (Wednesday) welcomed the ceasefire between Iran and the United States and suggested that the International Atomic Energy Agency play a role in verifying and monitoring Iran's nuclear activities.

Grossi, who had only expressed concern and restraint during the Israeli and American aggression on Iranian soil and the attack around the Bushehr power plant, announced that the Agency is ready to support efforts to find a sustainable solution that also includes Tehran's nuclear program.

The IAEA said in a statement: “The Director General of the Agency, Mr. Grossi, welcomes the return to diplomacy with the aim of reaching a negotiated agreement on key issues, including Iran’s nuclear program. The IAEA, through its essential and indispensable monitoring and verification role, stands fully prepared to support these efforts.”

Trump, accepting Iran’s 10-point plan this morning (Wednesday), said: “Almost all the various points of past disagreement between the United States and Iran have been agreed upon, but a two-week period allows for the finalization and completion of the agreement. On behalf of the United States, as President, and on behalf of the countries of the Middle East, it is a matter of pride that this long-standing problem is on the verge of being resolved.”

The Islamic Republic of Iran has explicitly warned that if Iran's power plants are attacked, it will not only completely close the Strait of Hormuz, but will also destroy not only the power plants of the Zionist regime, but will also consider the power plants of all countries hosting US bases in the region as legitimate targets.
