Afghan Voice Agency (AVNA) - Kabul: The talks were held in a constructive atmosphere and the sides held comprehensive discussions on bilateral relations, security issues and issues related to regional stability, Balkhi said.
The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate added that the Islamic Emirate appreciated China's goodwill and hospitality and expressed hope that this process would lead to strengthening trust-building, lasting relations, understanding and more effective cooperation.
China had earlier announced that Afghanistan and Pakistan had agreed to ease tensions.
