Mohammad Baqir Saeer, an international relations expert, has written in an article referring to a series of political, military and regional factors that the Islamic Republic of Iran has won the war against America. He has stated that one of the main factors is the failure of America's declared and practical goals in this war.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Baqir Saeer called the reason for America's defeat "the failure to achieve its declared and practical goals" and said that not only has regime change not occurred in Iran, but younger and more anti-American forces have appeared on the scene.

He added that the issue of "unconditional surrender," which was raised as the initial position, has been changed to a request for negotiations with Iran.

According to him, the United States has faced a "moral and civilizational failure" in global public opinion, citing attacks on civilian targets as the reason.

In another part of his analysis, he pointed to the weakening of "American hegemony and dominance" and emphasized that the country has lost its former position as a "global power."

Saeir said that, contrary to initial plans to create division and civil war, the Iranian people have become more united than before, and this has been raised as an internal strengthening factor.

Emphasizing that "enriched uranium" remains in Iran's possession and has not been transferred or removed, he added that Iran has consolidated its power in the region.

Referring to the Strait of Hormuz, Saeir said: "This important sea passage remains under Iranian control and traffic through it is managed conditionally."

Stating that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has suffered internal ruptures and has withdrawn some of its forces from the region, he stated that with the loss of the Western alliance, cohesion among America's allied countries has decreased.

He believes that the Persian Gulf countries will also reconsider their approach to relying on the United States for defense.

He considered Israel's failure to achieve its goals in this war to be another reason for the defeat of America and the West, and stated that the usurping Zionist regime also played a minor role in the negotiation process.
