Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-Kabul: The Tebyan Center for Cultural and Social Activities of Afghanistan has issued a statement strongly condemning the recent terrorist attack on Shiites in the Deh Miri area of Injil district of Herat province.
The statement continued by describing the attack as a “vile, evil and inhuman act” that, in addition to taking the lives of innocent people, has disrupted the peace and security of a society that is walking on the path of peaceful coexistence.
The Tebyan Center, noting that terrorist attacks, regardless of their motive, demonstrate cruelty, ruthlessness, and disrespect for Islamic rights and human dignity, has emphasized that such criminal acts not only harm Islamic brotherhood and national unity, but also create the basis for increasing religious and ethnic tensions in society.
The statement also emphasized that cruel violence has no place in any religion or school and causes hurt to human feelings and deep pain among believers.
The Tebyan Center for Social and Cultural Activities has called on the officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to pay serious attention to their responsibilities in ensuring security, deal decisively with the perpetrators of insecurity, and identify and severely punish the perpetrators of this incident.
The Social and Cultural Center has also emphasized the importance of solidarity and cooperation among all segments of society to confront common threats.
The center, while expressing sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims, prayed to God Almighty to grant the deceased the highest ranks and to grant patience and reward to the survivors, and expressed hope that a bright and secure future will be achieved for all the people of Afghanistan.
