Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The Hebrew-language publication "Ma'ariu" reported this morning (Thursday) that US President "Donald Trump" has given the Israeli regime the green light for a wider operation in Lebanon.
Zionist officials told Ma'ariu: "[Benjamin] Netanyahu [Israeli Prime Minister] and Trump reached an agreement last week on the idea of a ceasefire and the start of negotiations with Lebanon."
The report states: "The understandings between Netanyahu and Trump were not limited to a temporary ceasefire, but included wider operations."
The sources, who were not named, explained: "Among the understandings between Netanyahu and Trump was giving Israel time to complete its attacks against Hezbollah."
At the same time, NBC also reported, citing a US official, that “Washington’s focus is on building trust between the Israeli and Lebanese governments to pave the way for a peace agreement.”
The official, whose identity was not disclosed, said: “Washington wants Hezbollah and Israel to stop the fighting but has not called for a ceasefire.”
