Reports of firing at a ship at the mouth of the Strait of Hormuz
The UK Maritime Trade Operations Organization (UKMTO) claimed that it had received a report that two armed boats affiliated with Iran had opened fire on an oil tanker near the Strait of Hormuz.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The UK Maritime Trade Operations Organization added that the incident occurred 20 nautical miles northeast of Oman and the captain of the tanker reported that two armed boats opened fire without sending a radio signal.

According to the report, the tanker and its crew are safe.

It is worth noting that Iran's Khatam Al-Anbiya base announced in a statement that from Saturday afternoon, traffic in the Strait of Hormuz will be the same as a few weeks ago and no ship or tanker has the right to pass through this sea passage without Iran's permission.
