Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) – Kabul: Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate, has instructed all departments and provinces of the country, including Kabul, to allow people to build and repair buildings and structures by presenting a Sharia deed, tax receipt, transaction guide document or customary document and approval from the mosque’s imam.

According to Hurriyet, this new guidance cancels the previous regulations on the suspension of construction and allows citizens to continue their construction work by following simple steps.

The guidance, which was urgently communicated to all provinces, emphasizes that the presentation of religious and customary documents and the approval of the imam of the local mosque is sufficient to start or continue construction.

Security forces and local officials have also been instructed not to create problems for anyone in this regard and not to hinder the construction process. This decision was taken with the aim of creating convenience for citizens and removing administrative obstacles in the housing and construction sector.

It is worth noting that before this, the construction of residential houses faced some problems.
