Mullah Baradar: Afghanistan
The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs met with the British Special Representative for Afghanistan today and stressed the need to strengthen regional cooperation and continue humanitarian aid, calling the economic situation in Afghanistan improving compared to the past. The British Special Representative, on the other hand, expressed his condolences to the Afghans who were martyred in the recent attacks by the Pakistani military regime and assured that the government and people of his country will continue to help the Afghans.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mullah Hamdullah Fitrat, deputy spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, said that Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, the deputy economic minister, met with British Special Representative for Afghanistan Richard Lindsay in his office.
 
During the meeting, the two sides discussed strengthening coordination and joint cooperation between Afghanistan and the international community and continuing humanitarian assistance and the British people to Afghan citizens.
 
Mullah Baradar said that Afghanistan's economic situation has improved significantly compared to the past and economic cooperation with regional and neighboring countries has developed.
 
Meanwhile, British Special Representative for Afghanistan Richard Lindsay expressed his condolences to the Afghans who were killed in the recent attacks by the Pakistani military regime and assured that the government and people of his country will continue to help the Afghans.
