According to him, more than 31 million and 300 thousand people have registered in this movement so far; a statistic that, according to the organizers, includes more than 50 percent of the eligible population (12 to 70 years old) in Iran and in this respect, is considered a rare example in the world. Emphasizing the dual nature of this movement, Zare added: "On the surface, this movement is a broad social mobilization to declare public readiness in critical situations, but in deeper layers, it is a reflection of the religious beliefs and collective identity of Iranian society." According to the statistics provided, 65% of the registrants are men and 35% are women. Also, 60% of the participants are between the ages of 20 and 45, and about 50% have a university education.
