Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The "Parmukhtag" website announced in a report that in 2024, the total number of students in bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees were studying in public universities in the country.
Based on this report, 81,362 students in bachelor's and master's degrees were also studying in private universities during the mentioned period.
It is worth noting that according to the published information, the total number of students in public and private universities in Afghanistan last year reached 208,314.
This comes despite the fact that the country's National Examinations Authority had previously announced that around 74,000 new students will be admitted to the country's higher education institutions this solar year.
