There is no ceasefire in Lebanon; Resolute rejection of direct negotiations with the enemy
Sheikh Naim Qassem, Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, today, Monday, rejected the existence of any ceasefire in Lebanon, described the current situation as “continuous Israeli-American aggression” and warned that the Zionist regime has not implemented a single clause of the agreement so far. In a comprehensive statement, emphasizing the continuation of resistance and resolute rejection of direct negotiations with the enemy, he stated that Lebanon will not become a weak and mandated country.
“10,000 ceasefire violations; an agreement that remained on paper”
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Sheikh Naim Qassem described the goal of the Zionist aggressors as “the seizure of rights, the occupation of the homeland and the future by force,” and in contrast, the goal of the resistance as “the liberation of the land.”
He warned of the current grave situation and stated: “We are facing a dangerous stage in the history of our region, in which the Zionist enemy, with the support and management of the tyrant America, is attacking us.”
Referring to the Zionist regime’s black record in adhering to agreements, the Hezbollah Secretary General stated: “The Israeli enemy has not implemented a single clause of the ceasefire agreement and has violated it more than 10,000 times. Lebanon is a country that has been violated, and it is Lebanon that needs guarantees for its security and sovereignty.”

“There is no buffer zone; the resistance operates from different points”
Sheikh Naim Qassem, rejecting any restrictions on the resistance, noted: “There is no buffer zone or red line, and the resistance operates with appropriate methods and from different points and prevents the enemy from establishing itself.”

Expressing confidence in the final outcome of this confrontation, he stated: “By relying on the power of resistance and internal unity, we will definitely be victorious against the Israeli enemy. Despite resistance, the enemy, no matter how tyrannical and arrogant, will not be able to achieve its goals.”

Resolute rejection of direct negotiations; “Giving free concessions to the enemy”
A significant part of the statement by the Hezbollah Secretary General was dedicated to criticizing the diplomatic performance of the Lebanese government. Sheikh Naim Qassem firmly declared: “We categorically reject any negotiations with the Zionist regime.”
Stating that “diplomacy is acceptable when it leads to a cessation of aggression and the implementation of agreements,” he warned that “direct negotiations are giving free concessions to the enemy.”
Referring to Lebanon’s position in regional equations, he emphasized: “The world must know that the solution is not surrender and Lebanon will not become a weak country under guardianship.”

Four factors for overcoming the dangerous stage
The Secretary-General of Hezbollah listed four factors for overcoming the current critical stage:
1. Continuing the resistance
2. Internal understanding
3. Taking advantage of international developments (including the use of the ceasefire between Iran and the United States)
4. Increasing pressure on the enemy
In this context, he called on the Lebanese government to “maintain national unity and defend the country” and also to take action to resolve economic and social problems.

Sustainability; Ensuring a future full of dignity
In the final part of his statement, Sheikh Naim Qassem addressed the youth of the resistance and called them the architects of Lebanon’s future: “You are building a dignified future with your sacrifices, and the blood of the martyrs is our guiding light.” He emphasized: “Sustainability is what will shape the future of our country, our generations, and our region with our allies, a future full of dignity, honor, and independence.”
