Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Tehran: At a meeting of representatives of guilds and marketers in this country, the President of Iran, referring to his recent meeting with His Holiness Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, described the atmosphere that prevailed in this meeting and his personality, moral and managerial dimensions.

Stating that this meeting was held in an intimate atmosphere and the discussions lasted for nearly two and a half hours, the President of Iran stated: What stood out to me more than any other issue in this meeting was the manner of encounter, the type of gaze and the manner of treatment of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, humble and deeply intimate; An approach that transformed the dialogue atmosphere into an environment based on trust, calm, empathy, and direct dialogue.

Referring to the necessity of strengthening cohesion, trust, and empathy at the management levels of this country, the Iranian President stated: When the highest official of the country encounters officials and individuals with such a moral character, humility, and a people-oriented spirit, this behavior can naturally be a model for the country's management and administrative system; a model based on responsibility, being close to the people, and truly listening to issues and problems, as the martyred and supreme leader of the Islamic Revolution was committed to in his conduct and actions.

According to Mashreq, the Iranian President added: The Supreme Leader was also present in this meeting with exactly such a spirit; a spirit based on simplicity, humility, sincerity, and mutual respect that made the dialogue atmosphere completely direct, frank, and accompanied by a sense of closeness and trust.
