Russia: Ukraine has violated the ceasefire more than 1,300 times
The Russian Defense Ministry announced: As of this morning, Friday, with the beginning of the ceasefire, all forces in the special military operations zone stopped military operations and remained in their previous positions, but despite the ceasefire, the Ukrainian armed forces continued their attacks on the border areas of Belgorod and Kursk and carried out 153 attacks.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to the ministry, the Ukrainian armed forces carried out 887 drone attacks and a total of 1,365 ceasefire violations were recorded in the special operations zone.
The Russian Defense Ministry emphasized: Since the beginning of the ceasefire, Russian air defense units have shot down 396 air missiles outside the military zone.
This is while the Russian army, in response to the ceasefire violation by Ukrainian forces, carried out retaliatory attacks against the positions of drone control and launch centers.
In another report, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that its air defense systems intercepted and shot down 264 Ukrainian drones over various regions of Russia, including Moscow, Crimea, and the Black and Azov Seas, overnight.
According to the ceasefire declared by the Russian president, which will last until May 10, the country's forces will not attack Ukrainian armed forces or military-industrial complex facilities deep inside Ukraine.
The Russian Defense Ministry had previously called on Kiev to follow this procedure. It also warned that if the Ukrainian armed forces violate the ceasefire or attempt to attack residential areas and facilities in Russian regions, the armed forces will respond appropriately.
In addition, the ministry took into account Volodymyr Zelensky's threats to attack Moscow with drones during the Victory Parade and warned that the Russian military would respond to any attempts to disrupt the celebrations by attacking the center of Kiev.
The Russian Defense Ministry also called on residents of the Ukrainian capital and employees of foreign diplomatic missions to immediately leave the city.
