Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to Bahraini sources, the country's security forces raided the homes of dozens of Shiite clerics and clerics this morning and arrested many of them.

The raid follows a wave of arrests in Bahrain that began in the past two months (coinciding with the start of the Iran-Iraq war). According to reports from human rights organizations such as the Bahrain Institute for Rights and Democracy (BIRD) and the Al-Amal Center for Human Rights, more than 200 people, mostly from the Shiite community, have been arrested.
Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior also recently revoked the citizenship of 69 people and their families, claiming that they had expressed sympathy for Iran and praised its actions.
Also, a 32-year-old Shiite man named Mohammed Al-Moussawi died in the custody of Bahraini security forces, which has caused a lot of uproar in Bahraini society.
Two days ago, the Bahraini Shura Council of Representatives revoked the membership of three members due to their opposition to the measures taken against individuals accused of "aligning with Iran."
