US Secretary of War: Ceasefire with Iran is in effect
The US Secretary of War, while repeating his usual statements against the Islamic Republic of Iran, said: The ceasefire with Iran is still in effect.
Afghan Voice Agency: Pete Hegsett announced: The nuclear issue is the main focus of negotiations with Iran.

He repeated his previous statements against Iran and said: We are fully prepared and ready to take action. If necessary, we have a plan to escalate tensions against Iran; just as we also have a plan to withdraw.

Stating that the ceasefire agreement with Iran is still in effect, the US Secretary of War repeated past threats against Iran and claimed: The way to resolve the Iran case will be based on our terms and those of President Trump. We have enough ammunition and capabilities to achieve our goals in Iran. The Department of War is fully prepared and ready to take action against Iran if necessary. Whenever President Trump wants, we can resume the Freedom Project.

It is worth noting that Iran’s latest negotiation plan was presented to the American side within the framework of the exchange of messages between Iran and the United States. This process of exchanging messages has been ongoing since the Islamabad meeting. The framework for preparing the latest revised plan is still based on Iran’s 10-point plan that was accepted by the American side as the framework for the ceasefire negotiations.

Esmail Baghai, spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said on Monday, May 11, regarding the content of Iran’s proposed negotiation plan: “Everything we proposed in this text was reasonable, responsible demands and generous proposals not only for Iran’s national interests, but also for the good, stability and security of the entire region and the world.”

Referring to Trump’s comment on dissatisfaction with the Iranian plan, the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman said: “The satisfaction of others is not important to us. Diplomatic processes have their own rules. In a diplomatic process, the parties involved in negotiations and diplomacy must make decisions based on their national interests. "The Islamic Republic of Iran has shown that it is serious in pursuing its national interests and inalienable rights, while at the same time participating in diplomatic processes in good faith and in a reasonable manner. The other party in this regard must prove itself and prove that it is serious in this regard."
