Muttaqi and Norwegian Special Envoy Discuss Further Cooperation with Afghanistan
Maulavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, discussed political and regional issues in a meeting with Bjorn Hansen, the Norwegian Special Envoy for Afghanistan, and emphasized the use of the existing stability in Afghanistan to expand cooperation.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country announced in a press release that Muttaqi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, discussed political, regional issues and ways to develop cooperation in a meeting with Bjorn Hansen, the Norwegian Special Envoy for Afghanistan.

According to published information, Mr. Muttaqi said in this meeting that the existing atmosphere of stability in Afghanistan should be effectively used and that the current developments should pave the way for expanding cooperation between Afghanistan and the international community.

Meanwhile, Bjorn Hansen, praising the achievements of the Afghan government, especially in the areas of security and counter-narcotics, emphasized that the normalization of Afghanistan's relations with the international community can pave the way for further cooperation.
