Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Afghan Embassy in Tehran announced that Mawlawi Fazl Mohammad Haqqani, the acting head of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Iran, met with Mohammad Sadeq Motamedi, the governor of Tehran, and discussed the development of bilateral relations.

In this meeting, the two sides emphasized the strengthening and expansion of relations between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and considered cooperation in the economic, trade, and educational sectors important.
