The Economic Commission, headed by Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, approved 69 draft standards and quality standards with the aim of better regulating the market, improving the quality of products and standardizing services in various economic and service sectors of the country.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: According to the Deputy Economic Office of the Prime Minister, among these drafts, 29 are related to testing methods and other standards have been developed in the areas of management, petroleum, medical devices, telecommunications, chemicals, agriculture, food, mines, environment and construction materials.

The meeting also discussed several important infrastructure and economic projects, including the electrification project for six districts of Jawzjan province, the contract for the extraction of coal from Dara Souf in Samangan province and the establishment of a 30-bed hospital in Aliabad district of Kunduz province. According to the Deputy Economic Office, the necessary decisions have been taken regarding these projects.
