Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Israeli army attacked an important area of Beirut's suburbs for the first time. This attack on Beirut was carried out with the aim of assassinating a Hezbollah official. The target of this new attack was an apartment in the "Shouifat" neighborhood near Beirut International Airport.
It has not yet been officially determined who the main target of the assassination was, but Israeli media have claimed that a commander of the Lebanese Islamic Resistance Movement Hezbollah was the target of the attack.
Intensification of attacks in the south and Bekaa; evacuation warning to residents
At the same time as the attack on Beirut, the Israeli army, with an open threat, called for the immediate evacuation of the residents of six villages in the south and Bekaa region of Lebanon, and subsequently launched a new wave of attacks.
Israeli warplanes bombed the Kafr Jouz area and the town of Mifdon in southern Lebanon twice.
Al-Jazeera also reported an airstrike on the town of Sahamer in the western Bekaa region in eastern Lebanon. In the south, the town of Al-Kfour in Nabatieh Governorate was also targeted by airstrikes.
In one of the deadliest crimes this morning, a civilian car was targeted by an airstrike on the Adlon road in southern Lebanon, killing six members of a family, including several children. The incident has sparked a wave of anger and condemnation.
The Israeli regime's attacks on residential areas last night also caused heavy casualties.
In the attack on the residential area of "Qiya'a" in the city of Sidon, according to initial statistics, 3 people were martyred and there are still people under the rubble. The town of "Haniyah" in Sidon was also targeted.
Meanwhile, the city of "Tyre" in southern Lebanon was also subjected to heavy airstrikes targeting what Israel calls "Hezbollah infrastructure," with reports indicating widespread destruction of urban infrastructure.
Hezbollah's decisive field response: 37 operations in less than 24 hours
As part of its response to the ceasefire violations, attacks on civilians, and widespread destruction of southern Lebanon, Lebanese Hezbollah announced the carrying out of 37 military operations against Israeli army positions and forces between Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday evening.
According to official statements by the Lebanese Islamic Resistance, these operations were mainly concentrated in the "Zawtar Sharqiya", "Al-Udaisa", "Rab Thalasin", "Dabbel", "Al-Naqurah" and "Ghabat Al-Jalil" axes, and were carried out using suicide drones, precision-guided rockets, guided missiles, artillery shells and direct clashes.
The "Zawtar Sharqiya" axis was reported to be the most important scene of clashes, where Hezbollah forces confronted the advancing Israeli military and clashed with them at close range. According to Hezbollah, after these clashes, Israeli forces were forced to retreat and then began to carry out heavy fire and create fire belts in the area.
In addition, more than 20 separate attacks on the concentration of Israeli army forces and military equipment in southern Lebanon and northern occupied Palestine have been recorded. Hezbollah also announced that in one of these attacks, an Israeli helicopter entered the area to evacuate the wounded.
Hezbollah emphasized in its final statement that these operations were carried out in the framework of defending Lebanon and its people and that the Islamic resistance will not allow Israel to achieve its goals against this country.
Israeli media acknowledges the crisis and the impossibility of destroying Hezbollah
On the other side of the field, Israeli media acknowledged in an unprecedented tone the inability of the regime's army to destroy Hezbollah and the deep leadership crisis in Tel Aviv. The Hebrew newspaper "Yediot Aharonot" wrote in a report that the destruction of Hezbollah is only possible if Israel starts a multi-year war that will require the full call-up of reserve forces and the complete occupation of Lebanon.
The newspaper, referring to the passage of about three years into the war, emphasized that it has now become clear that the mission of destroying Hezbollah is practically impossible.
In another part of the report, referring to Israel's internal crisis, it states: "The fact is that Israel is facing a leadership crisis; a crisis that goes beyond the person of Benjamin Netanyahu. "Israel needs leadership that accepts that some goals are unattainable in the current circumstances."
