Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Officials of the Panjshir Information and Culture Department say that 88,000 domestic tourists visited the province's recreational areas and natural attractions during Eid al-Adha.
Mohammad Sabir Daneshjo, head of culture and tourism at the Panjshir Information and Culture Department, said that the province, with its beautiful nature, raging sea, pleasant weather, and breathtaking views, hosts a large number of tourists from all over the country every year, especially during the summer season and religious and cultural occasions.
According to him, ensuring security in the country has provided the basis for domestic travel, and citizens are confidently traveling to different regions of Afghanistan, especially Panjshir, and visiting its natural and historical attractions.
He added that the Panjshir Information and Culture Department is always trying to provide better services and facilities to provide greater welfare and comfort for tourists.
Meanwhile, a number of domestic tourists also cite the security, tranquility, and pleasant atmosphere of Panjshir as the main factors in choosing this province as one of the important tourism destinations during Eid and the summer season.
