Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Afghan Embassy in Turkmenistan has issued a press release announcing that Fazal Mohammad Saber, Chargé d’Affaires of the Afghan Embassy in Ashgabat, attended the Turkmenistan National Carpet Festival.
