Simultaneously with the Zionist regime’s air aggression; Iran launched a new wave of missile attacks on the occupied territories
Following the Zionist regime’s claim that its fighter jets attacked targets in western and central Iran this morning (Monday), the Islamic Republic of Iran is responding to this aggression by firing a new wave of missiles towards the occupied territories; attacks that have caused alarm sirens to sound in various areas of occupied Palestine and reports of missiles hitting several sensitive points.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The Zionist regime claimed to have carried out air strikes against targets inside Iran this morning (Monday, 8 May).

According to the announcement of Israel’s Channel 14, the regime’s fighter jets launched operations against targets in western and central Iran.

The Israeli army also confirmed the attacks and announced that the regime’s air force, under the guidance of the military intelligence department, had targeted Iranian military positions in the west and center of the country. The Israeli army spokesman claimed in an initial report that more details of the operation would be released later.

In contrast, Israeli media and sources reported the start of a new wave of Iranian missile attacks on the occupied territories. The Israeli Home Front announced that following the firing of missiles from Iranian soil, alarm sirens were activated in Tel Aviv and the southern regions of the occupied territories.

Israel’s Channel 12 also reported that, at the same time as the second wave of Iranian missile attacks began, several explosions were heard in the occupied Jerusalem area and the northern Dead Sea.

According to reports, alarm sirens were also sounded in the areas of Dimona, Beersheba, and the eastern and southern Negev, and residents of these areas were moved to shelters. The Israeli Home Front also confirmed the activation of warning systems in Beersheba and the Negev region.

Israel’s Channel 12 also reported that several rockets hit the Beit Shemis areas in western occupied Jerusalem and Beersheba.

Other Israeli media outlets also reported that an Iranian missile hit the Itamar area, and some sources reported that it hit a sensitive target.
