Four stages in raising a child are decisive / from choosing a spouse to marriage and from pregnancy to the child
The head of the Tebyan Center, at the ceremony to commemorate Eid al-Ghadir and International Children's Day, on behalf of Aftab Private High School in western Kabul, stated that the proper upbringing of a child is based on four basic and decisive stages, and emphasized: From the stage of choosing a spouse and how to form a common life to how to hold a marriage ceremony, pregnancy and then the child's education and education, all these stages must be taken with care and serious responsibility, because negligence in each of these stages can directly affect the personality, future and social role of the next generation.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The ceremony to commemorate Eid al-Ghadir and International Children's Day was held with a speech by Hojjat al-Islam Wal-Muslimin Sayyid Issa Hosseini Mazari, head of the Tebyan Center for Social and Cultural Activities of Afghanistan, and in the presence of officials, teachers, students and a group of local residents, in the assembly hall of Aftab Private High School in western Kabul.

At the beginning of his speech, Hosseini Mazari thanked the officials, teachers and students of Aftab Private High School for providing the conditions for this meeting and congratulated the attendees on Eid al-Ghadir and International Children's Day.

The importance of two occasions; Eid al-Ghadir and International Children's Day
The head of the Tebyan Center stated that today two important occasions, namely Eid al-Ghadir and International Children's Day, coincided and said: If we want to talk about both issues in detail, the discussion will be very extensive, but in short, it should be said that raising children and developing children is a basic and fundamental movement for the development of a society.

He added: If we want to develop a country, lead it towards growth and progress, we must do serious work in the field of child development and education, because the powerful countries of the world today are investing extensively in child education and upbringing.

Hosseini Mazari noted: We are an Islamic country and we want our children to be raised in a way that they are Alawite children; we need to raise Ghadir children and we need Alawite children.

He clarified: If we can raise our children in this spirit, we will undoubtedly have a very powerful and dignified country.

Four Basic Stages in Raising a Child
The head of the Tebyan Center, pointing out that there are four basic stages or four basic stages in raising a child, said: If our youth, boys and girls, pay attention to these stages, we will have Alawite and Velayat children; children who will grow up in the future and, as divine men, will manage and lead the country and society properly and will lead the country to greatness and greatness.

The first stage: The right choice in marriage
Hosseini Mazari considered the first stage to be the stage when a girl and a boy decide to get married. He said: There should be a right to choose in the matter of courtship; Both girls and boys should choose the other party according to their wishes.

Hosseini Mazari added: Marriage should not be an arrangement where parents have decided since childhood that a certain girl or boy will be their future spouse; such arranged marriages are useless.

He continued: Marriage should not be forced either, in such a way that due to family relationships, such as cousins, or cousins, all family members insist that this marriage must take place.

The head of the Tebyan Center stated: Arranged and forced marriages have many subsequent consequences for raising children, because when girls and boys do not marry according to their wishes, discomfort, conflict, and material and spiritual problems arise in their lives, and these issues have a negative impact on the fetus, the birth of the child, and his or her education and upbringing.

He noted: Such problems require extensive and analytical discussion, but in short, it should be said that ignoring this stage will lead to many subsequent problems.

The second stage: Wedding ceremonies and avoiding extravagance and vulgarity
Hosseini Mazari considered the second stage to be related to wedding ceremonies and the wedding night, and said: Extravagance and vulgarity should be abandoned in these ceremonies.

He added: Today, in many wedding ceremonies, both extravagance and vulgarity are seen; several separate gatherings are held, various and expensive foods are prepared, and inappropriate programs, including music and other things, are included in them.

The head of the Tebyan Center stated: This situation has a negative impact on the lives of two young people, who should start their lives with a spiritual and spiritual beginning, because the wedding night is a very sacred and spiritual night for these two young people. The night of prayer is a time of prayer, and the boy and the girl should pray for a better life.

Referring to some improper behaviors at wedding ceremonies, he said: "There is a lot of vulgarity at wedding ceremonies; dancing, whether by women or men, is forbidden from the point of view of all religious authorities; both dancing itself and watching dancing, whether live or via television and the Internet, are forbidden."

Hosseini Mazari continued: "In addition, in some provinces and cities, it is customary for men to gamble until morning on the wedding night, and this is another serious harm of such gatherings."

He emphasized: "A normal wedding feast should be sufficient, and not so much that the expenses increase that the groom's back breaks under the burden of debt and begins his life with problems."

The head of the Tebyan Center stated: "This debt creates problems in life, and these problems also have a negative impact on raising a child, both materially and spiritually."

Hosseini Mazari noted: The wedding night is a spiritual and spiritual night, and the prayers of the girl and boy are answered on this night; any prayer they make for themselves, their family, society, country and the Islamic nation is acceptable, and this shows the importance of this night.

The third stage: the fetal period and family responsibility
The head of the Tebyan Center described the third stage as the time when the fetus is formed in the mother's womb until the end of pregnancy and said: At this stage, the fetus is trainable and is affected by external developments and conditions, the status of the parents, family and society, both materially and spiritually.

He added: The foods that the mother eats should be considered from both sides; both in terms of the necessary ingredients and vitamins needed, and in terms of being halal and haram.

Hosseini Mazari stated: A pregnant mother does not have the right to go to any house and eat any food, because it is not known whether the Sharia financial rights such as Khums and Zakat have been paid in that house or not, or what the family’s basic income and Sharia situation is.

He continued: I am not saying that all families definitely have problems, but a pregnant woman should be careful and observe what is halal and haram.

The head of the Tabyan Center noted: A pregnant mother should usually perform ablution, pray, supplicate, and praise God, because these things will definitely affect the fetus in the mother’s womb.

Emphasizing the need for the pregnant mother’s mental peace, he said: On the other hand, a mother should have peace of mind during pregnancy and not be stressed. Her husband should not constantly be harsh on her and create a situation of discomfort for her.

Hosseini Mazari added: The father-in-law, mother-in-law and all family members are obliged to provide comfortable, intimate and emotional conditions for the pregnant woman so that she can be at peace and comfort.

He clarified: If this woman's nerves are slightly damaged, this will have a negative effect on the fetus, and if this woman always lives with stress, sadness, crying and whining, this situation will also have a bad effect on her child.

The head of the Tebyan Center stated: When such a child is born, according to him, he will be a child with a disturbed psyche and nerves and ultimately will not accept a good upbringing.

He added: No matter how hard the parents try to make this child study well after birth, he may not be able to study well, run away from school, dislike education and ultimately become a burden on society.

Hosseini Mazari continued: "From this neglect, destructive and criminal people arise in society, and this situation is due to the fact that the necessary conditions were not observed in the mother's womb or the father did not provide the appropriate environment."

He noted: "This third stage is a stage that families, women, mothers, fathers, and youth must observe; if they observe, they will have good children, and if they do not observe, they will have children who will be harmful to society instead of beneficial."

The fourth stage: Education and upbringing in the family and school
The head of the Tabyan Center described the fourth stage as the discussion of child education and upbringing, saying: "The child must be raised by his parents until he goes to school, and the main part of this upbringing is not done with words, but with actions."

He added: "If the parents are kind to each other, the child learns kindness; If they are people of prayer, supplication, and praise, the child will be raised in the same way; if they observe moral issues, the child will also be born in the same way.

Hosseini Mazari stated: If the parents are people of worship, the child will be people of worship, and if they are people of faith, the child will also be born people of faith.

He clarified: During this period, it is not necessary to talk constantly, but the actions of the parents themselves have a direct impact on the upbringing of the child.

Referring to the way of dealing with the child, the head of the Tebyan Center said: Children should not be treated with violence, and this in itself requires a detailed discussion that cannot be discussed extensively in this short time.

He continued by addressing the issue of formal education of children and said: Our children should not be allowed to study until the fifth or sixth grade and then be told that there is no longer any money to continue their education and they must go look for work.

Hosseini Mazari added: Unfortunately, many of our children have been left without education and for this reason, a large part of our society has remained illiterate.

He noted: Families are obliged to ensure that both boys and girls not only study up to grade 12, but also obtain a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, and even become doctors and professors.

The head of the Tebyan Center said: Why should we let our children leave school incomplete?! During the education and training period, the issue of training is also very important; what is interpreted as "education and upbringing" in Iran and "education and training" in Afghanistan.

He added: As long as this young man is in the care of his family and parents, they are obliged to take serious action in the field of education, education and training, so that we can raise responsible children; children who will take over the management of the community in the future.

The fruit of proper upbringing and warning against today's tragedies
In another part of his speech, Hosseini Mazari stated: People who have an impact in the world are good managers, good fighters, observe Islamic laws, are special servants of God and are sensitive to God's enemies. They were born from the lap of righteous parents and observed those four stages and four stages.

In contrast, referring to the current situation in the region and the world, he said: Today you see what tragedies and crimes have happened and are happening in our country, in the region and in the world.

He added: In Iran, thousands of people have been martyred since the end of last year until today, and who are these crimes being committed by?! By children who have not gone through those four stages properly and have been born and raised as wolf-like people.

Hosseini Mazari stated with sharp language: These people have become like wolves and even worse than wolves, "even more evil", more misguided than animals, and today they have brought the world to dust, blood, and fire.

He emphasized: The main culprits of this situation are fathers and mothers. Fathers and mothers, or young people who want to become parents in the future, must be aware that the children they raise and give birth to are held hostage to their actions.

The enduring responsibility of parents to generations
The head of the Tebyan Center noted: As long as these children are alive, every good deed they do is credited to the parents' account, and every bad deed they do is recorded in their account.

He added: Their subsequent generations will continue in the same way until the Day of Judgment, and every girl and boy born from these generations, the parents are responsible for their education, training, and upbringing.

Hosseini Mazari stated: Therefore, parents have a great role and great responsibility in raising children.

The head of the Tebyan Center clarified: The goodness of the world is in the hands of the fathers and mothers, and the evil of the world is also in the hands of the fathers and mothers; The development, authority, and honor of societies are also in the hands of fathers and mothers, and the evil and downfall of societies also depend on their actions.

He concluded by saying: Fathers and mothers should see how decisive and influential they are and how much they can pave the way for good and evil; therefore, we should all be vigilant and aware of our children.
